This role implements the podcast, youtube, and social media content aligned with the Head of Content. We’re looking for an editorial-minded leader to manage the overarching editorial calendar and its outputs across the content team, facilitate the best practices for media production—especially on YouTube-first production assets—and assist in the launch strategy for new audience development or potential M&A opportunities. The right person for this role has a keen eye for audience development opportunities, has proven growth in youtube views or podcast unique listeners, understands how to utilize advertising revenue and partnerships to drive media production and sales inventory, an obsession with media industry news, can manage a large production budget closely, and manage people well in a collaborative team of podcast, social, and youtube creators in the real estate space.
