Exclusive Listing Agreement
How do I make it possible that I can wholesale an on market property, I thought that when I had it under contract I had the right to "market" the property to my cash buyers, etc. But then I came across 'Exclusive Listing Agreements', Do all realtors have these with their sellers? How do I get past this so I am able to legally Market the property to my buyers and make it able so the agent is friendly with a 'Walk thru inspection?'
I've done many deals in the past, but just recently came across this problem. Any advice would help.
