Showing a wholesale property with tenants and owner/manager

Hey guys, I've been investing and wholesaling for about 2 1/2 years now and our leads are coming in strong. There is one type of deal we have a bit of trouble with, and that's marketing a wholesale deal when there are tenants and the property is owner-managed. To show these properties it usually requires having the owner present, which might look a bit odd when the person we bring in is another buyer. The situation gets more complicated if there are multiple showing requests and we can't do them all at once. What have you guys done to get around this showing/marketing dilemma?
