I live in Lancaster Ohio which is a small town outside of Columbus. I would like to know how do you determine if u even have a wholesale market at all/? I have read some posts that stated some towns might not have one.

Do you see any "we buy houses" signs? Ads in the local paper? Can you access your county appraisal district and look for out of area owners? Where there are investors, there's a wholesale market. What you need to determine is the criteria for buying.

In my area, if I can get a house under contract for 70% less repairs, I can get buyers all day long. I don't care how small your town is, if you can find a deal, a true deal, someone will want to buy. Who says the investor has to be local? .

Sorry, every one for no follow up posts. I have saw a few signs on cars and in the paper. I have been busy with a new mentor who has a ton of info. Also i have been busy, reading, putting things together, and working overtime at my day job.
