Is wholesaling still a viable business model in today's market?? It seems to be over-saturated with everybody going after the same deals.

@Reese Davis be more relentless than them and the deals will be going to you. 

I'm not a fan of "wholesaling" but there are many out there that do it. I think it's safer leagally, and more financially, and professionally rewarding to invest in becoming a licensed agent.
