Co-Wholesale/JV Agreement contract

Does anyone have a contract that can be used for co-wholesale agreements? I've had wholesalers approach me about co-wholesaling with them on properties they have under contract, but I'm basically taking their word for it that I'll get paid if I bring a buyer. I assume there should be some formal agreement to protect me and ensure I get paid. I looked in the File Place, but didn't see anything, so I'd appreciate it if someone has something like that if they could share it with me. Thanks!

Maybe you could put your name on the assignment contract with the other wholesaler that way everything is spelled out. Who gets what and the title company / attorney can wright out checks according to the contract. Hope this helps you and may you be blessed in everything you set out to do.

For anyone wondering, there is a File in Biggerpockets containing a JV Agreement on page 3 in Forms under File Place (found under Tools, above). I don't know if it's for co-wholesaling though. I'm in a rush right now, but will check it out (read it) later and update.

Hi @Michael Garrison and @Rachel Orsie, do you mind sending me a copy of yours?  I am a wholesale looking to work with someone for co-wholesaling, and want to be able to spell out what our roles would be on the contract and the property we are working on.  I'm trying to find agreement, that's simple and makes it plain.  I'd really appreciate it!
