Trouble finding "title companies" that facilitate wholesaling deals

Hey guys

I've called about 10 title companies in my area (Glendale, CA) and have asked them if they facilitate "double/simultaneous closings". Almost all of them had never heard of it and after explaining what wholesaling was, some referred it to "concurrent closings" and mentioned they don't do it and others flat out said they don't do it because it looks bad on their system if they ever get audited.

My question is: Do I move on to a neighbouring city where I can find an investor-friendly title company? Or am I going about it the wrong way?

Thanks!
