How many assignements did you do before your first Flip or Rental?
I'm a fairly new wholesaler but I've been blessed to meet some good investors who havent been shy about sharing their knowledge and tips with me.
I think I find good deals and I"m constantly learning new ways to aquire deals so is there a certain number of deals I should do before I consider keeping some of these deals for myself?
I would love to hear some good and bad stories from others who started out wholesaling but quickly made that jump.
Thanks
