Best Contract for Wholesaling in GA
Can someone recommend the best non GAR contract to use when wholesaling non-REO properties in GA? I'm not a realtor, so we are not allowed to use the GAR forms, and their forms often contain a non assignment stipulation. I appreciate any suggestions.

@Bethany Travis, the short and straightforward answer is to pay a real estate attorney to draft a purchase and sale agreement with an exhibit to assign the contract. The attorney will likely use the same language as GAR forms but will cater to your preference and what you'd like included. Realtors use the F279 to assign the purchase and sale agreement to an end buyer.
