How about taping a contract with the price on it to the door?
I’m having a very difficult time getting contracts. My first contract was back in January. I haven’t had anymore since then.
I don’t have problems with getting leads.
I’m averaging about 35 contacts and 1 lead a day.
I have 4 or 5 leads that aren’t ready to sell just yet. But they tell me to call them every month.
If I follow-up with leads 4 or 5 times and I have great rapport, why not tape a contract to the door with the price on it?

What are you considering a lead? Why are they not being converted to offers? How are your sales skills? People get contracts from text message blasting alone. It is your systems and processes that will get you contracts.
