Hello

Does anyone know of a company that skip traces LLCs or Trusts at bulk? I had a guy but he no longer does this.

Hey @Francisco Milan - I don't know of any company that can do this, but if you find someone let me know. One thing that's worked really well for me is looking through county deed records of the addresses that the LLC's are being housed under.

I'd say 50% of the time the LLC address leads to a residential property, that I can then skip trace.

I use corporationWiki. I am not sure if they do this in bulk.

Hey @Francisco Milan!

There are several platforms for skip tracing LLCs and Trusts. This is a very labor intensive process for most big box skip trace companies because it cannot be automated. It's a double skip process that requires gathering owner information on the LLCs from the secretary of state or corporationwiki (as @Eliott Elias stated), and then skipping the owner which is why you will only find a handful of companies that can do this accurately. Find one that can be custom to your needs, has flexible pricing, no long-term, high-cost memberships and excellent customer services to determine how to best market to your leads.

If you would like a referral code or more information please let me know.

Did you end up finding the best platform/site to do this? I am looking to do the same thing!
