@Christian Perez We don't use title companies in Georgia.  We use attorneys.  Try Harlan and Associates.

Chalker & Chalker is a wholesale friendly. I used them on my first solo deal, they had no problem answering my questions. They also responded timely to emails and close quickly. Don't be nervous to call and ask questions, most people are happy to provide clarity so the process can go smoothly.
