Building a Wholesale Network

Hello BP community. My name is Joshua from Southern Arizona. I currently am a Buy and Hold Rental Property Investor. I recently closed on my first property near Sierra Vista, AZ. I am currently house hacking this property due to my purchasing this property with an FHA loan. I will not be able to start cash flowing this property until next year due to the FHA restrictions. In the mean time I am very interested in pursuing wholesaling to help fund my next purchase. I am looking to build a network of contacts whom I could present deals and leads. I am familiar with the basic structure of wholesaling and any suggestions/feedback would be most appreciated.
