I am looking at condos on the water in Osage Beach, MO.

I have been looking at condos in the Ozarks. Specifically, Osage Beach, Mo. I am looking to invest in a waterfront condo either 1 or 2 bedrooms to use as short term rental. I am curious if the group has any feedback on the area and occupancy rate I can expect.
