Investor Websites -- Is this for real?
I found this Service for Investor Websites that looks too good to be true, $295 for FOUR websites (Buy, Sell, Wholesale, Private Investor) and only $65 per year hosting fee, which looks to have all the bells and whistles, videos, back office, auto responders, squeeze pages, auto Craigslist codes, offer generator, offer replies, etc., etc., etc. The link is
http://www.realestateinvestorswebsites.net/
which I found searching for key words, and it was in this is a Bigger Pockets blog post...
Is this company legit, and Bigger Pockets endorsed?
Can you clarify Joshua or Brandon?

@Barry Smith to call attention to someone, put the @ symbol before their name so it calls them out, like this:
BiggerPockets does not endorse any company you see advertising here.

@Barry Smith - Any user can create a blog on our member blog platform found at http://www.biggerpockets.com/blogs -- the company in question has ZERO relationship with BiggerPockets.
Remember, BiggerPockets is a platform that allows our users to network, build their businesses, and much more. We currently have a very select list of businesses that we actually endorse. Anyone can post an ad on the platform in the appropriate areas of the site, and posts made on the site don't indicate a relationship or endorsement of any kind.
I hope that clarifies this for you.

Barry - I don't know anything about those guys, but I know a lot about online marketing. My criticism of their stuff is - they sell websites, and their company website is way out of date. It does not use current technology. This would be like buying a new car from a Yugoslavian car company....
THE PRICE WAS RIGHT, BUT...
Consider the Investor Carrot sites at oncarrot.com - their stuff is also not expensive but it's clean design and current technology.
Thanks to all of you for your feedback. Much appreciated! @ Dev Horn, having someone with the eye for technology is really helpful... thanks. And I can really see the difference with Investor Carrot sites. It seems like I was right... too good to be true.
And, thanks @Joshua Dorkin for clarifying that bloggers have no relationship with BP and BP is not endorsing them just because they post on the site.
DISCLOSURE - I am the founder of Interactive Real Estate Investor Websites
@Barry Smith - Too good to be true? I have to agree with you because the websites don't cost four for $295.
One website is $295. Maybe what confused you is the fact that you can configure your website to combine business models if that route works for you - Buying houses, selling houses, wholesaling private money, etc. I know many people have debated if you should buy and sell houses from the same website - most people will tell you NO. But the websites simply allow you to make that choice.
@dev horn, like you I am an internet marketer for almost 20 years - I like to think I am very informed, but obviously we all have something to learn every day. I treat every contact as a learning experience.
Obviously there is something I can learn from you if you don't mind sharing and all of us in this forum too. I don't mind sharing. I'm all ears; awesome stuff. And I see we both live in DFW. Let's meet up some time!

Hello Simon I paid you for a website a while back as well as for some additional marketing. Website has issues and I cannot receive e-mails. I've tried reaching out to you multiple times with no success. Are you still in business?
@John C. I don't see any pending tickets. Since I don't have any of your specific account information, please send a message from https://realestateinvestingwebsites.com/contact-us....
Please include your domain name and how we can help.
Simon
I never pursued working with this company. Found a better one. Thanks!
@Barry Smith Yes I believe you may have made the right choice. I've yet to hear anything from Simon even though I've attempted to reach him both off and online. Some of our marketing includes our e-mail address. Missing those e-mails means missing potential deals. Not something I am very fond of.
@Simon Macharia if you are out there please get back to me and let me know what we need to do to fix this.
@John C. i sent you an email 4 days ago. I did receive your email and replied to it.
Your email problem might not be related to your website.
To answer your question about your website, you are running an outdated version of your website. Follow the instructions on this link:

That being said, we cannot support you through this forum. Please open a trouble ticket on our help desk. Even if you can't receive emails, you can still log in to to check progress of your trouble ticket.

Hi Simon I just found the e-mail. Will report back offline. Thank You.
@Simon Macharia - I am a customer of Equity Property Deals websites. I have been trying to get in touch with you in reference to a couple concerns. You're phone number ending in 8718 isn't active any longer and I haven't been able to get responses to emails through equitypropertydeals.com. I also sent a message to message through https://realestateinvestingwebsites.com/contact-us.... as you suggested to someone else in this thread. Do you have an active email or messaging system I can contact you through? Thanks!
Does anyone have current contact information for @Simon Macharia of Equity Property Deals a.k.a. ALLHS1.com? I have tried to contact him via submitting trouble tickets (which all remain open). Also, I have tried to call his telephone number, and it is disconnected. At the beginning of the year, I had constant problems with my sites going down and a slow response getting them back up. Currently, I have found that one of my sites is down...again. However, the billing sure hasn't stopped. I just discovered that I was billed, not only the agreed upon yearly fee, but also I have found FIVE duplicate charges since my yearly charge! (My bad for not checking my statement thoroughly, but that doesn't excuse the extra charges.) Any information would be appreciated.
The one post wonders are back...
Simon macharia is a con artist plain and simple! Do Not waist your money ! He will over charge your credit card and when you call him out on it he refuses to call you back or even email you! Learn from my mistakes and stay away from him and his websites!
