Exploring tenant engagement and leasing software

We currently use Rent Manager as our PMS and are considering different options for leasing and tenant engagement / communication. I am looking for an AI software to help automate tasks so I don't have to continue hiring people. Has anyone found anything they like? I came across Elise AI, but it seems better for larger companies.
