Finding a Good Property Manager for Out of State Investing

Hi Everyone,

I recently purchased a rental property in East St. Louis, Illinois. While the property is under renovations, I am searching for a property manager but I have been having a harder time than expected. Can anyone either recommend a good property manager in the area or give some advice for finding a good manager? Thanks!
