Medium Term Insurance Rentals

Does anyone have any experience with renting to Corporate Relocation companies who provide temporary housing solutions for insurance clients who have been displaced from their homes due to claims? Does anyone have any experience working with Dan Housing or CRS (Catastrophic Response Services) for Medium Term Rentals?

Thanks, Earlc

Hey Earl, I manage MTRs (most of them in NC/SC but a handful elsewhere). We work with both of those companies and others like them all the time. Feel free to ask any questions you have regarding them here or message me privately.

Stephanie, I am new to this platform and would like to rent my homes in Cleveland, Ohio to insurance companies. What platforms should I use so that insurance companies will know about my MTRs? Thank you in advance, Angelique Lary.
