Coperate rental in San Diego and how and where to list them

I have one house and one ADU that are furnished nicely. It was managed by a short term rental company that basically took most profit and mismanaged. Where can I market my listings? Which website? I do NOT want to sublet it to a coperate rental company.

Are you looking to self manage your furnished units? If so I highly recommend you sign up for the Bigger Pockets STR boot camp. I took the STR boot camp class around a year ago. It has a significant predilection toward self managing and dedicates a significant portion of the class to self management. The cost is reasonable and the next session starts very soon.

The two primary platforms for STRs are AirBnB and VRBO.  These platforms also support MTR (30+ days), but furnished finder likely is better for MTR.

BTW we have 3 STRs and one MTR (did not get selected in the San Diego city STR lottery despite being an STR since 1999) all in San Diego

Good luck
