Hi all,

With the rise in interest rates was wondering if those of you buy and flip and considering buying and holding instead. You get the passive income and tax benefits while you wait for the market to settle down.

If you are seeing this in your area of NJ I would look forward to speaking with you and hearing your thoughts on renting and property management.
