Schedule 8 SFR in Harper Woods

Hi all

I am writing for an advice. I am new in bigger pockets and finally got educated!!! . about 9 years ago we bought a small SFR 3 bed- 1 bath Harper Woods, MI 48225 through a self-directed IRA and schedule 8 tenant . The property manager told me today that for couple months they have not receiving payment from the schedule 8 and is pushing me to sell. The question I have is how to get the missing payments? and second if anyone knows a PM that wants to take over this property ? I don't want to sell .
