Hey Guys,

After a tuff year and some  major losses I'm trying to regroup and rebuild. So I want to begin by becoming a "Bird Dog" for real-estate investors until i can save up enough and build my credit back up .May be even partner with an investor on a deal.

Is there a particular format or formula that people use when they begin to do this.

Is there a standard fee or pay scale that people follow.

How should i market my services.

I'm currently living in VA but want to service the DMV area.

Any input would be welcome.

Thank you

Jean-Frank

First thing you did was go to Bigger Pockets #Salute!

As a beginner, surround yourself with the right investors who are executing deals. Soon enough you will be able to find your own deals and funnel back to the same mentor and make a good profit.  There are many ways to partner on a deal, I just didn't want you to limit yourself as a "Bird Dog". We are all investors in my eyes, its  just how about you position yourself in the deal!
