Remodel 3 bedroom to a 2 bedroom to enlarge Master bath & closet

We have purchased a condo in a small community. It has 3 bedrooms but the master bath is really small and not a large closet.

Would you recommend taking the 2 small bedrooms and enlarging the bath and closet making it a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo.

Would very much appreciate any advise on this subject.
