How long do you wait before considering to lower rental on a listing?

It all depends on your location. I would be looking at Realtor.com & Zillow to see how long other similar property are sitting on the market for. I would also check to see if your amount is similar to other similar units or not. If higher, I would lower to be inline with the competition and see how it goes from there. Good Luck.
