Renting to a minor - is there a problem? 😁
Showed my rental to a guy 20 years old and his girlfriend who is 16 years old. Can I even do that?😁 sounds like a problem waiting to happen.
anyone have that kind of experience?

I would have no problem renting to the 20-year old, but the 16-year old should not be on the lease, nor allowed to live there without a co-signed lease from her parents.
