i'm looking for some ideas on how to use $1M cash to get 150-200k income annually?  I'm open for out of the state investments as well and any good advisors that I can work with.

Got to hand it to you Columbus Brokers I suspect your broker or office manager has you set up to respond to BP threads  .. Nothing wrong with it just commenting.  My Daughter works for Intel and there was a big ta do in the Oregon political world about how they let Intel leave Oregon for their next fab plant and they chose Columbus.. From my understanding it was not as much Hey we are going some place better it was more to do with diversify across the country to attract East Coast talent and to insulate against natural disasters etc.. so time for me to see where Intel is putting down roots and then I can root around myself.
