Just getting started and I’m a little lost
My name is Fabian from the DC area. I have a question. I’m currently new to real estate investing and I found a seller who’s willing to sell his a property for 100K and I got a buyer that’s willing to buy a property for the same property for 125K the seller doesn’t want to do a lease agreement or lease option he just wants the property sold as is. I am confused and I’m not sure how to seal this deal with payment and paperwork. Please help!
