Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment in Baltimore.

This was our primary residence for 12 years and was able to keep it as a rental property, cash flows $400 a month.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

We were buying a bigger home and we did't have to sell to purchase

How did you add value to the deal?

With the cash flow, will be putting in a 3rd full bath

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Since we are in the business, it was simple, I actually found the tenants on Facebook marketplace, not even through our MLS

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

We are Realtors, be happy to help others build their wealth
