What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I never knew these things existed until about 1 month ago. Talking about a sweet deal, this home was inexpensive, good on electricity, cozy, convenient and I can actually build it myself without any prior building experience. My wife loves me aeven more for investing and some lucky person will love it as well.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found it through a website online while searching google. https://medium.com/@tomcartney/5-really-cool-houses-on-wheels-that-you-can-buy-from-ebay-f53267f732e9. I found one that interested me and I actually purchased it on Ebay, believe it or not. I just clicked the buy button and it was delivered to me. All of the instructions to buy was p[resented in the Ebay ad and it made sense.

How did you finance this deal?

I had the electronic currency to afford it without financing.

How did you add value to the deal?

Still in the working, but I'm thinking about expanded it, giving it an addition bedroom.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

There is a lot codes for refab homes that has to be followed, but it is not impossible to clear your home.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Not really. There are a lot of good ones out there.
