Hey Guys,

Just wanted to share exciting news. Just bought my first out of state property in Milwaukee WI. 

I know it's a little bit tough market in regards to the neighborhood(mine is in C class) but I believe finding good property management company with right deal it can be very successful investment.

I am looking to buy, enjoy & learn more this year in Milwaukee market. :-)

I agree, REIS would be my first choice; however they are selective and will not take on every property in rougher neighbrohoods
