Zoning board approval
Hi All,
I am very new to this and just trying to get a feel for prices in my target areas. I came across a listing that said the following:
Sold "As Is" Needs Zba Approval To Legalize Non-Conforming Lot. "Un-Mortgage-Able".
What does this mean? I assume zba is zoning board. If I am paying cash do I need to worry about this?
Thanks
