Glen
Hi Glen... I work for this woman and I'm in her coaching program... She's top shelf:

If you are looking for an educational program that also has a deal analyzer, there are several mentors or gurus if you will that pitch their programs. I am a member of an apartment investing group. We have a deal analyzer through this group. I can discuss some options with you that I have seen out there, can't give you the one I use but can tell you how to get it. Where is the deal you are looking at? I've wanted to get into the NC market.
Regards,
Damian
Hey Glen - we jumped into the multifamily real estate game in Kansas City after investing single-family and working in the apartment space. We have been working with a mentor to analyze deals and happy to discuss strategies and resources we use. Let's connect!
@Glen S. I learned through Michael Blank's syndicated deal analyzer (SDA) tool. He has a course or you can buy the SDA and watch a couple of videos. This is for syndication deals only, not for JV or individual purchase.
I am looking into a 9 unit apartment. I also need a good tool to analyze the deal to see if it makes sense.
@Raj Patel You should be able to use one of the BP calculators pretty easily for a 9 unit. It allows you to add each units rental income, and you could use the BRRRR calculator if it's a value add.
Hi, you can download my underwriting model capable of evaluating any type/size of multifamily investment opportunity, including various partnership structures. You can sign up for our Lone Star Capital newsletter (lonestarcapgroup.com/newsletter) and get the underwriting package emailed to you with video walkthroughs and examples or you can PM and I'll share directly.
