Sale price: $101,000
what a journey this deal was to get to the closing table We stopped an active foreclosure twice , had to bargain with banks, negotiate with realtors , renegotiate with seller due to undisclosed payoffs , hassle with title company to get the transaction structured the way it should have WOW ! lead originally came through in 2021 massive amounts of bank follow ups and take aways from this closing knowing what i know today we would have closed this one way faster 🧠

lead came in from a family referral negotiated over the phone two years to actually close on this transaction for many reasons
