What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
I wanted something I could Live in and cashflow. With Air bnb you can cashflow more than a long-term tenant and the house is better kept with the cleaners in and out every few days.

I would have analyzed the numbers more/better if I could go back. I break even on the mortgage which makes it challenging to pay off the furniture.
