Real estate learning

Nathan Diaz
Posted

Starting this New Year’s right I have always been super into real estate but this year I’m really motivated To get it done it’s done. I’m just someone who wants to create that financial freedom for myself I think the best way to learn is to connect with other people that are doing the same thing. I could only learn so much from watching videos on YouTube and other platforms I think it’s better to actually connect with other people that are already doing it. My interest are wholesaling buy and hold real estate an Airbnb I am willing to work for free just to get my foot in the door. I don’t know where to start so If I could connect with just one person it would mean the world to me.

@Nathan Diaz Where are you located? Starting with your local REIA, networking there, and understanding your local market, or whatever market you want to invest in will be key. I would also try to niche down to one specific area of RE to get started in.
