Where in NorCal should I buy to pull down $4k cash flow/month?
I am looking to pay cash for an investment property in NorCal. I’d like to take home $4k / month in cash flow. Which city would offer the cheapest route to accomplish that? Hoping to spend no more than $600k cash to pull down that $4k in cash flow, and only interested in sfh / townhome
