Hi BP community,

I’m looking for some good references for property management in north Austin, TX. Specifically for help with SFHs in the Cedar Park area. Would appreciate any recommendations!

I hear TexCen Realty is awesome! They're great because they charge a flat fee of $78 per month for all service management.

There are others that you can explore, but TexCen Realty I hear is pretty good.

I second Tre Homes. Good guys and girls and they really know their stuff and actually care about you, your property, and your tenants. And no I don't work there lol

I've also heard Darwin Homes, and Austin Vestors PM are good too.

I'm liking Darwin a little more do to their software. They also said they'd be willing to negotiate pricing depending on the number of units you have, I talked to one of their agents on the phone a few weeks ago because I might use them in the future.

@Aki S. Hello, I would recommend Home Simple of Texas I know the owner personally and a couple of their agents. They manage SFR and commercial all over the Austin area but they Are based in Cedar Park and from what I understand they have great management rates but I am not in the rental market I just know the owner and some of the agents and they are top notch. PM me for their info if you would like an introduction.

Hi @Aki S.. Based on this post and your experience over the past couple of years, may I ask which Property Management teams you've worked with and if there's any you'd recommend? Thanks in advance!
