I am possibly moving to the Kelso/Longview area in near future and am in need of a real estate agent that understands real estate investing (because I barely do). I do not currently own any properties but want to capitalize on my upcoming move and dive in. I am looking to buy a multifamily property in the area and live in one of the units.
