Philadelphia LEAD Certification. Who do you use?

Hi all,

If you have a tenant with a child under 6 living in a rental property in Philadelphia, you need to have a lead safe certificate (lead wipe test results). This applies to all properties built prior to 1978.

Does anyone have any recommendation on an inspector and how much do you pay for the certification? I found a few different inspectors and they charge anywhere from $200 to $350 per unit.
