Hi, 

I have 3 vacant lots that I am looking to put multiple family homes on in Pittsburgh, PA.  I am from NJ so wanted to know if any local Pittsburgh investors know of any GC that would be able to run a project from the foundation up.  Thanks in advance for your help!
