Need advice on my first rental buy
I am look at this small 3bed 1 bath module home built 1995. It’s trashed and need a lot of work but they are asking way too much for it. They are asking 29,900 but I think I would only buy it for 15,000. My question is, is it worth it to rehab a module home and can it be refinanced the same as a normal home?
