Newbie wants to get his first investment in Regina Saskatchewan

Hi my name is Andy and I'm a new REI. Is anyone doing any investment in Regina Saskatchewan ? Is it possible to do the brrr strategy over there ? Also, what do you guys think about other area in Canada that is still possible to do brrr. I'm currently living in Vancouver and have 150k spare cash to invest, but there is no way I can invest in Vancouver with this, so I'm looking at distanced opportunities.
