First Property Acquired - BRRRR Strategy

Hey Everyone!

First post here on BP, but have been following for some time.

Here's my story

Im 25, and I bought my first property last year in Vermont with the intention to repair and rent. This was done while living in Charlotte which made it a true experience..... sheesh! Along the way, i was introduced to the BRRRR method and have now adopted that strategy for my property. I have used the great tools offered here to calculate potential cashflow and what my equity will most likely look like. I am coming up on completion of the repairs, and am really trying to assemble a game plan on how to go after my next property.

Here would be my ask from someone in the community:

Would anyone be willing to take a look at my current numbers/situation and give feedback on what some potential next steps could be to go after another property? As i'm new to the real estate investing game, I know I could absolutely take some pointers from others who have been at it longer than I have.

Let me know if anyone would be interested. Would really appreciate an outside perspective of what I have going on!

Sean
