Another Virtual Assistant Question

Sorry for the redundant topic, but searching only provided general va results and i'm looking for some more specific info.

For those of you who use VA's - exactly what tasks are you outsourcing to them? Do you have them field calls / make calls? Scheduling? Data mining? Marketing? Taking tenant requests? Reviewing mls? Writing contracts?

Does anyone have a sample list of tasks they've provided to their VA that they could share here?

• Answer Seller Calls
• Determine motivation
• Gather comparable sales
• Make the offer and gives supporting evidence for figures
• Set appointments
• Tracks follow-ups
• Sends out Direct Mail
• Advertise and Generate Leads on Craigslist and FSBO's
• Social Media
• SEO

I distribute the work between my 2 VA's right now. Just make sure to keep them busy.
