Can Someone Help Me Locate A Good Real Estate Investment Software

I'm starting a real estate investment group. Is there a software that would: 

1. Track how much each person has invested. 

2. Track each member's overall investment percentage out of the group?

3. Automatically send out investment reminder emails to everyone in the group that is not on automatic payments.

4. Automatically send out reminder emails to everyone who is more than 10 days late for making their scheduled payment.

5. A platform that will allow each member the option to pick their own investment amount per month and their own due date.

6. Allow members to pull their own reports.
