Online marketing at 14
The reason I would do this is because people won't know my age so they won't turn me down
Does anybody have advice or recommendations?
Check out the real estate strategy lab podcast. Their focus is online marketing.
You dont say what you'd be doing, so we can only assume..... Anyway AFAIK, you cant legally sign contracts yet, so you can't really do too much transactionally.... I'd just learn and soak up as much info as you can.. Drag parent/guardian to some local REIA meets, see if you can take some free/lower-cost courses at a community college, learn how to analyze deals, watch investment properties on the MLS and learn what areas do what (learning your market).. Set goals for yourself, etc. Good luck!
In addition to below, start saving money. Read books like Set for Life and learn to be frugal with money.

@Christopher Blanco @Account Closed I'm not sure if I would need to sign contracts for online marketing, I'm not 100% sure though. The only reason I thought about this was because some investors told me to do this because people won't know my age and they will actually what to work with me.
So do you have any recommendations for what I should do? Christopher Blanco @nicky reader
Hey @Account Closed
Your best bet to fast track yourself to success would be to find a mentor who is willing to work with you now! This may be difficult because you can't bring a whole lot to the table yet. However! People love to help other people especially young and hungry kids like yourself. Leverage your youth and find someone who will teach you and give you the opportunities to get involved in anyway possible. Good luck!
Rob Beardsley I have some investors I'm talking to already, I will also ask them what they think about this. Do you have any advice and recommendations on what I would be online marketing for since I don't invest myself, and how to do it?
@Account Closed you can help them build their brand through website, blog, other thought leadership platforms, you can learn about SEO for their site, acquire lists for target properties your investors are looking for and do direct email campaigns.
Thanks Rob Beardsley how would direct email campaigns work? I've heard of direct mail campaigns but not direct email campaigns. Who would it target, the investors, or the regular property owners? Also how does it work?

Well it comes back to what your goal for marketing is. You are talking about marketing, but marketing WHAT? To WHOM? From your profile it looks like you want to bird dog, so you'd be marketing for that service? Or.. do you just want to get your feet wet in producing content and recruiting eyeballs on content? They'd have different strategies and paths to success. If you dont know what your success looks like, you're just playing with action figures.
@Account Closed thanks for the advice! For producing my own content what are some things I could do?
@Account Closed Hi, your email campaign would target investors owning property in your target market(s). Additionally, you could help your operator or principal in getting more capital by emailing people with information about the business and offer an opportunity to include them in the profits.
Hi @Account Closed! As a mom of a 15 yo, I'm pretty impressed that you're looking into this! I would suggest looking at some online education courses. Also check out

Good luck!
Rob Beardsley so pretty much your saying that I can get investors to market for, then from there I would get affiliates to help me out as well? Or are you saying something else?
Gen SteMarie thanks for the help I will definitely check this out!
Everyone will commend you for starting at your age. If they don't they should. Look into FB marketing to start.

What will I market myself for though, that's what I was confused about what that investor was talking about. He just told me to do online marketing, but didn't tell me for what. So I'm confused. Do you understand what this investor wanted me to market? Ian Walsh
