How do you find postcard leads?

For the last couple of years our company has alternated between Property Radar and Listability to find lists of homeowners for our postcard mailing. We have had good success with both but recently heard about a company called Black Knight Financial Services, I was curious to see if anyone has utilized their software and if so what kind of a response did you see from their information?
