Accounting Software for Real Estate Syndicators

I own a real estate syndication and looking to upgrade our Accounting and Reporting systems/softwares. Any recs for something that efficient and clear?

I'm unclear what you mean by upgrading your accounting for the syndication.

We use multifamily property management software. Embedded in that software are accounting packages to manage the property.  We use that same software for all accounting related to managing our syndication.  For example, bank accounts we control and specific investor capital accounts are all tracked in this same software.

For our investor reports, each month we download spreadsheets, write a narrative for the month's performance and then export it all to a PDF.

 question I ask is why? What are you attempting to accomplish? What is your painpoint that needs to be solved. Most syndicators use quickbooks and run a portal through juniper square or appfolio or another 3rd party software company

Yosef, I'm also GP of syndicate. We're using Digb to track portfolio, financials, and to issue IRS Schedule K-1s to our LPs.
