What are the best books and/or resources y’all have found for new wholesalers? Particularly those of you who also do virtual wholesaling

Some topics I’d love to learn more about:

- Finding accurate comps in long distance markets

- Building reputable buyers lists

- Most effective lead generators

- Places you might find leads/buyers that you normally would not think about

- How to make a real estate agent prioritize you
