ISO books to address my weakness
BP family,
I’m looking for book recommendations that will address one of my weaknesses... delegating/managing others.
I’ve always had the mindset that whatever I am doing, I have to do it in order for it to be done right. I have trouble delegating. I’d rather make the mistake myself than watch others make a mistake. This has forced me into working harder all my life, opposite of all our goals. For those cash flow quadrant fans, I’ve always had S quadrant characteristics that have kept me from the right side.
The good news is I’ve recognized this as a weakness that I need to address so are there any suggestions on REI books, business books, or anything else completely different you feel may help drive that mentality away?
Thanks!
